I finally bought this book with ideas for making packed lunches for work or in my case university. It's really nice, there are so many easy, varied and healthy recipes. The first one I made was a ciabatta sandwich, with tomatoes, philadelphia, parma ham, mozzarella and basil. It tasted incredible. I wrapped it up in some baking paper and tied it up with a piece of string, which kept it nice and compact until I ate it for lunch.
