I was at the supermarket and thought about buying some pesto, but with all the extra stuff that is in it, I thought I might as well try and make my own healthier version. I found a recipe for kale pesto from Sprouted Kitchen, a website with healthy recipes, and tried it out. Here's how you do it. Roast the walnuts lightly Blanch the kale for 30 seconds Blend all the ingredients together And there you go, kale pesto!
